Hear is www.ftfweddingstories.com top ten wedding don’ts for 2010. Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. We tend to go overboard trying to make it the perfect day. Remember your wedding day is already perfect you are marrying a person who fell in love with you. So your wedding day should be a reflection of you not over the top and excessive.

Wedding don’t # 10 – Don’t force your bridesmaids to buy a dress they hate.

After your one day affair they are stuck with this dress forever!! How dreadful is it to have a closet full of horrific dresses you’ll never wear again.

Wedding don’t #9 – Matching bridesmaid’s dresses. What a thing of the pass.

Plus not everyone is shaped the same. You want your bridesmaids to be happy and comfortable. Don’t make them dread walking down that isle with everyone staring at them.

Wedding don’t #8 – Grooms don’t get a haircut the day before the wedding.

Men, men, men, you never know what can go wrong. Bad haircuts can ruin your look on your wedding day. O’ the picture moments!! That hair cut will stick with you for a lifetime. Schedule a hair cut a week before your special day. This gives you time to correct or grow back your hair if you get a bad hair cut.

Wedding don’t #7 – Don’t buy a veil that’s overwhelming.

Your veil should compliment your wedding dress, not out shine it.

Spending $10,000 on your wedding dress then skimping on you wedding photographer and going with a cash bar to make up for your major expense is never a good idea. 1st you should never skimp on your wedding photographer. You are setting yourself up for a possible disaster. Make sure you schedule a consult with your hair stylist and make-up artist in advance. Make sure you take a picture and know what you will be getting on your special days this is not the kind of surprise you need on your wedding day.

Wedding don’t #3 – Do not go overboard with your make up and hair.

You should look timeless on your wedding day not like a couture fashion shoot for an avant-garde designer. In other words less is more. Don’t go extreme with your make you caking it on with bright color. And definitely don’t go large with your hairdo. Remember your partner loved you for who you really are, so why go over board.

Wedding don’t #2 – Don’t over drink on your wedding day.

Ok, lets be honest, you do not want to get drunk and show her newly found family your wild side on your wedding day. Just not a good first impression.
