I'm a total California girl!! I was born in Los Angeles and raised in the San Fernando Valley.

How long have you been making music?

Since 2000. In that year I learned to spin records and became half of Dynamite Jive which is a Hip Hop, R&B, Pop duo that is comprised of myself and Tony J. www.myspace.com/dynamitejive

What inspired you to make music?

I had wanted to learn to spin as soon as I saw the power and magic the DJ seemed to create which was a few years earlier. Richard "Humpty" Vision and DJs in the rave scene had really inspired me so once 2000 came around, the DJ dream had really warmed up to me. I had always loved music so much it was almost a sacred thing.. As a Recording Artist, I never considered making or doing music myself. At that time in my life though, meeting Tony J and seeing what he was doing inspired me to go for it. They say that behind every good man is an amazing woman and while I know there is truth to that, in my case musically, there have been amazing men behind me to inspire, help, and coach me. Thanks guys!!

How would you classify your style, and why?

Whether I am on the decks or on the mic my style is mainstream. It's what I enjoy and it allows me to reach the masses and be involved in projects that many people can be a part of. That said, I am far from predictable. I'm not a trend chaser, I'm a trend maker and I don't do things just because everyone else is doing them. I do what I like and what I believe in.

What would be complete success for you?

Continuing everything I am doing now ( radio, live performances ) but on a grander scale. I am looking to do more traveling as a DJ and from the Recording Artist standpoint to tour overseas, have music videos on MTV, and I've always wanted to rock a stadium. Basically that state of being where it is unquestionable to others. These are the things that would be complete success for me. I am already blessed to live my dream everyday, have great friends and family, great fans so it is just to do more, share more, and gain more of that.
