Producers

                                                                    Warlokk                                                        Lawdy

Where are you from?

Warlokk:  I'm from Pittsburgh, PA; and Lawdy is from Miami, FL.  We started working together through Soundclick, and after a couple of tracks we were like "Man, this chemistry is something that's never been heard before" so we decided to form a production group with another producer by the name of Sosa.  After a couple months though, me and Lawdy decided to break off from our old group and start our own.  Beyold the birth of Lokken Load!

How long have you been making music?

Warlokk:  I've been making music for at least 7 years now.  Lawdy is about the same.  We've been making music since probably junior high school.  Both Lawdy and I play the piano, and I play the drums.  I play the drums for a local rock band, but me and Lawdy have been wanting to incorporate them into some future beats to give it an authentically live feel, and we'd also like to collab with my band to create some sort of awesome new sound.

What inspired you to make music?

Warlokk:  Music has touched my life and helped mold me into who I am today.  There's no better form of expression than through music.  Without it, the world would be a silent and boring place.  There's music around us everywhere we look.  I think musicians are the ones who embrace their creativeness and imagination and help contribute to keeping the rhythm of life going.

How would you classify your style, and why?

Warlokk:  Lokken Load is extremely versatile.  Our sound is essentially us, we both input different aspects so what you hear is nothing that you could've expected.  We specialize primarily in R&B, pop, & nu hip hop - but we can do pretty much everything.  We've produced for Cam'ron (The Diplomats) to underground legends like MC Serch to R&B up-and-comers like ShirĂ© (SRC Records/Universal Records).  So we're open to trying anything, but our focus is on creating a product that you could not possibly imagine at this point.  We want to create the future of music, we want our sound to continue influencing and inspiring future musicians - even 60 years from now.

What would be complete success for you?

Warlokk:  I'd say complete success for me personally would be to leave our mark in music history.  Me and Lawdy always say that we don't have to be living in the biggest mansions, driving the most exotic cars, wearing the most expensive chains - we just want to be able to touch lives and to make history.  We'd love to be able to get some gold and platinum plaques because those are something that musicians earn, and not buy.  We'd absolutely love to be able to make a living out of this as well.  We're both graduating from college soon, so we want to use our talents and our education to make Lokken Load a successful business and have our hand in all forms of different projects.

Do you have any albums, or featured tracks coming out, or already released?

Warlokk:  We produced two tracks on Cam'ron's Public Enemy #1 mixtape ("Yada Yada Yada" and "Killed My Dog"), we produced "Lock and Load" on Remy Ma's latest mixtape, we produced "The New Generation" on Purple City's "Born to the Purple" album.  We also have an upcoming track on ShirĂ©'s debut album from Universal Records/SRC Records, which we co-produced with Midi Mafia.  We're also working with all the artists from our camp & affiliate groups on their upcoming projects (Dee Murdock, Bobby Crack, Smoove Da Don, ATM, R3, Hype).  Our manager, Camacho, is also working everyday to try and get us more records.  As soon as the flood gates open for us, it's going to be a breath of fresh air for the industry and we will continue to stay humble, modest, and honest in every product we put out there!

Any final thoughts to your fans?

Warlokk:  First off, thanks to FTF Entertainment for taking this time to interview us and giving us a chance to speak our mind.  Now for the fans and hopeful soon to be fans - Thanks so much to you guys for the support!  You guys inspire us more than you could imagine.  We truly appreciate every fan that we have, and we acknowledge every single one when we can.  Our prayers go to those who pray for us and truly believe in us.  We won't dissapoint you guys, and we'll continue to provide the highest quality music that you guys love.  And don't be afraid to hit up me or Lawdy, we love hearing from the fans and supporters.  God bless!
